The parking had a tree and some sticky liquid from tree fell over my car. I am not sure of the effect it will have on my car paint.

Parking space is under a tree that releases a huge amount of sap, leaves and other detritus... Car was covered after only 24 hours and required professional cleaning. Unfortunately these parking spaces should not be used during summer months.
