When I went to collect my car the car park was locked and upon contacting JP customer service I was informed that the space had been incorrectly listed (and still was) JP were unable to contact the car park owners or offer any other form of help (other than suggest I wait 38 hours for the car park to reopen). I had to engage an emergency locksmith at considerable cost in order to recover my car and get home. I'm still waiting to hear from JP with regard to reclaiming my significant costs.

Good value compared to local and hotel parking. Close to hotel in Shoreditch.

It was confusing wasn't sure if there was another car park. Sat nav took me to the staff parking and they locked my car for the whole night. There was no one help.

good parking for young v&a museum. Was dubious at first but it was good and the car was fine there

Great off road Parking, near my location, but was challenged by the school CCTV monitor who was not aware I had booked a space. I had to let him take a photo of my reservation. Not ideal.
