Off Street Parking

The booking process was completed fine and confirmation quickly received. However on arrival at the property, we found there was another car occupying the space. On speaking with one of the residents,.they advised that it must be a double booking and not the first time this had happened. Thankfully and kindly they allowed us to park in their own space on the street meaning we managed to catch our train on time This was not really the point however and had they not been at home at the time we would not have known what to do and thereby missed our train. If you can please confirm the process for a refund of the money paid please - unfortunately, do not have a picture of the incident. To re-iterate, this no criticism of the owner of the space who did their utmost to resolve the situation and could only offer their apologies at what had happened.
