There was a truck blocking the way when I got there plus was tight to get in with the pillar of bricks in the way if you have a big car. To top it off I just received a PCN for parking here!
Wouldn't recommend and won't use again!

Car were parked in all available spaces. I spoke to a someone who had just parked in one of the spots , I was told locals use the spots as they are not monitored.

Space had what looked like abandoned cars there. Just park refunded me no quibbles
