It was not easy to find as hidden from the road. Description of parking location might be a bit better

Easy to book, clear directions on access to parking location and helpful staff who assisted with a couple of questions.

Ridiculously over priced, and having to pay a ‘transaction fee’ on top is criminal. Hotel guests should get parking for free. Wont be using this hotel again.

Great pulled up parked left next day no problems

Nice, spacious carpark with easy access. I wanted to change the arrival time online but was not able so paid for parking I did not use. They send you a warning text when your time is nearly up, which is very helpful.

When entering bank card data, many EU and other countries are not included in the list. If I entered a different country, the card-issuing bank refused the payment. I was able to solve the problem with a Google card, but it took a lot of time from my vacation in London.

The parking lot was clean, bright and secure. Conveniently located behind our hotel. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the website made me a little nervous - at first I wasn't sure it was legit. But it is and all went very smoothly.
