The contact was very helpful, the instructions were great, the location secure. We had three challenges. Access to the front entrance was difficult with a long vehicle as parking opposite. with a VW Transporter there was only 3cm on either side to get through the shutter entrance, then 2cm either side into the lift the van had to be within 1cm front and 2cm back to fit in the lift. Once out of the lift where was a bicycle rack in front that had to be missed existing the lift and damaged the rental van on existing the lift. otherwise it was secure. needed to have someone with me on the way out and on the next days visit. otherwise it saved on the cost of the parking was close to where we were working. Would use again. Information on the height, width and length restrictions would have helped when booking.

I booked this parking space, because my husband had an appointment at the eye hospital that is close by, the instructions from the owner is very clear. And they was very responsive to. The space was a bit tight but very good location. Would recommend.

'Great if you love escape rooms and bacterial infections' The instructions were lengthy, not ideal if you're in a rush and you just want a quick park and go solution. Regardless, my favourite part was picking up/dropping off the key fob to/from a communal BIN lockup accessed from the road via combination pin code, that's been described by the host as a 'storage room'. In a small dark space that was mostly taken up by these three enormous bins, and possibly shared by rats, I had to use my hands and body to move big heavy filthy smelly bins out of the way to get to the far wall where the key fob was pinned to the wall. the lift is not that big if you have a ford galaxy bit doable and perfect for moorfields hospital

I was delighted to find a parking space near the hospital. However, the fee went from £15-£23 in a couple of hours. I paid this a I was taking my husband for a post op checkup and didn’t want to worry about finding a space. All good so far!! But the process of signing in was diabolical. It was a circuitous process of frustration that I tried about 6 times to log in/ change my password and find the ‘traffic’ light etc in order to get to my space. it just wouldn’t let me in and I ended up finding a space in the city which cost me £15 + congestion charge!! I am now trying to get my £23 refunded

perfect space for when I'm working at Moorfields. Communication with space owner was brilliant. would definitely book again.

Giving it 5 stars as Jamie was very helpful and the car park was safe and secure. I couldn't fit my car going up the ramp as I have a lowered chassis vehicle with a front splitter/bumper. He gave me sound advice to park elsewhere but I couldn't park here. If the ramp was raised, I'd have been fine parking under the ramp.

Very tricky to manoeuvre an SUV back into the lift from the basement due to the position of the lift and the bicycle rack being in the way. The lift is quite tight so leave room to get out of the door to operate the buttons
