Great directions and instructions (the satnav takes you to the back of the flats). It looks just like the picture for peace of mind. The gate was left open which was a help. No problem for my Renault Captur sized car.

Great space, close to hackney downs studios, easy to find if you follow instructions and big enough. Gate is a little tight so only small vehicles as it says

Easy to find using Waze and convenient for working at Hackney studios as only a 5 minute walk away.
The gate was easy enough to fit through in my medium sized car using perimeter and parking sensors.
