- One of the closest places to park for London's ExCeL Arena at only around 3-4 min walk to the West Entrance, closer than some official parking which is a lot more expensive!
- Less than a 3 Minute walk to Custom House DLR & Elizabeth Line!
- Around 6 mins to the Sunborn Yacht Hotel by walking
- Less than 10 mins door to door to Canary Wharf, 18 mins to Liverpool St with the new Elizabeth Line.
- Space is large enough for a Range Rover or cars of a similar size.
- Have peace of mind your car will be safe on my driveway on this quiet residential street during your stay. I also have a video doorbell which records movement on the drive.
- 10 minute Uber to London City Airport. Easy access to the A13.
- 24 Hour Access. Come and go at your leisure.
- Access to the ExCeL is now step-free with a lift at the station in case of any children's prams/wheelchairs.
- Once you’ve parked there is no need to tell me I will be aware of your booking. If you wish for your peace of mind you can message me easily and I will respond promptly.

Parking space was easy to find and loads of room - perfect for our visit to ExCel, less than a 5 minute walk.

Car was safe and when we got back to it, the temperature outside was 30* but my car was in the shade, with a 4 hour drive ahead of me it was lovely.
