Initially we drove right by as it looked too nice to be a London carpark. The gates opened no problem. The car park is very spacious with excellent size parking spaces to park my Lexus and pod point chargers in every bay. Very well lit and seems very safe and secure, I'm jealous of the people living in the apartments who use this as a garage, who's parking seems to be on a different level to the public parking. It's very clean with excellent modern lifts from the global lift manufacturer Kone rather than something obscure like The Cardiff Lift Company. I was surprised how modern it is and should be the standard for car parks in London. Reasonably priced too.
They opened the pedestrian access when buzzed and the gate opened without incident when exiting the carpark. I suspect the people leaving negative reviews didn't bother reading the very clear signage explaining what to do when exiting or didn't book properly.

The postcode for the Marylebone 33 Aybrook carpark is wrong. Takes you to a one car wide one way and dead end. Both in Waze and Google. Had to use street address. Needs correction / adding w3w?

First time user!
Booked a place on Tuesday (3rd June) & used it on the 4th. Super easy to book and pay. On arrival, the gates recognise your reg and open automatically. You find a space (many to choose from) and it’s done. The facilities are clean and well lit & I felt safe enough. It was only 6 minutes from Wimpole Street where I was going & only a little further to Oxford Street. I booked last minute so paid a little more for the privilege. From 11:00 to 19:00 - charge: £26.
I’d definitely use the service again but would try to book earlier in the hope of getting a better rate.
