There was only one level, so there was no spaces even though I'd paid for a space, I had to wait an keep going around to see if anyone was leaving, when I tried contacting the customer service, it was closed.

DO NOT USE! Carpark was overbooked and we couldn't park. Shocking. Had to park on nearby street and pay again

The car park was quite affordable and very close to the stadium. Unfortunately there is no system to stop cars going in when there is no parking space. This defeats the purpose if you have prepaid. If would be helpful if the bays are numbered and reserve for those who prepay and monitor the traffic flow so that the barrier doesn't go up when the car park if full. People ended up parking on unmarked bays, increasing the risk of damaging other cars. The entrance and exit are also quite narrow, but I do understand about maximising the space due to location.

Not enough space when I arrived, I finally need to park at EV charger space, even my car is only petrol driven type. Hope that it didn't cause any problem to the others.
