ME London Car Park

The car park was through a pedestrian area so difficult to find. There was a gated barrier, had to drive down a spiral style road down 3 levels to park then walk back up the same spiral to get out. We were very worried about returning late as there were no other people around and only a handful of cars as area was used for storage by the hotel above. Because it was an electric barrier we felt safe in the knowledge that people couldn’t enter but it felt very scary walking down to the car with no one else around. I would not park there again

The barrier was broken. We could not access the hotel.

Me Hotel London - Parking was fine! Just getting in and out that was a pain. The Code given by JustPark for the brown bollards on the street leading up to the hotel is incorrect. If you press the buzzer the company running the bollards just tell you to contact JustPark and hang up. I arrived at 11pm so ended up luckily being able to follow a van in who had the correct code. The button on the app to open the barrier for Pedestrian wouldn’t work half the time, so hotel security told me just to keep using the app button labelled “Exit”

It was almost impossible to find the location for the information on the site - especially f you don’t know London very well - it was in a ‘pedestrianised’ area and the code for the bollard access didn‘t work (there was another car there in the same situation too!). It took almost an hour from arriving at Adlwych to find the entry bollards, calling Just park, speaking either the person on the intercom before the other car and I entered when another car was leaving - I was then late for the theatre show that we had booked for the evening - onto to mention we were meant to have dinner with family who were visiting from abroad and we completely missed this - I can no say how angry and disappointed I am. To add to that - the signage in the actual carping area was none-existent and you have to walk up to vehicle access to leave the parking. The only thing going for it is that the location is good - WHEN you can find it!! I am really annoyed that this ruined what was supposed to be a lovely evening out - and I feel that there should be som compensation for the stress, upset and fact that I missed dinner and the start of the show.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE - I had a very stressful evening - you can't access the car park as it is pedestrian entrance only. The road does not exist. I called the ME hotel after holding on to the line with Just Park for 15 minutes. The ME hotel refused to give me directions and said Just Park should not be booking this space out. I will get my money back.

Horrendous. Impossible to find unless you have a spare black cab driver sat in your passenger seat. The post code given does not take you where you need to be. You'll be given a PIN code for the bollard to get to the car park. It might work, it might not. You'll be given a PIN code to open the shutter to the car park - there is no pad to enter a PIN code. There is an "open shutter" on the app that doesn't open the shutter. If you use the intercom to ask for help the staff in ME London and Marconi house will be hostile, unhelpful and if you're really lucky they will come out and physically threaten you. If you do manage to get you car in there, don't bother trying to get it back - just give it up and buy a bicycle. You'll not get access however much you try.

Access signage into car park was very bad, no dedicated pedestrian access, had to ring the help desk to get in and out, less convenient and wasn't very accessible for an older lady having to walk up the car ramp from level -2. That also didn't feel very safe.

The space was difficult to navigate. You need to enter via Melbourne Place as it's a one-way street. Then drive up to Somerset House, don't turn off before the church. Park on level 2.

Need to enter from the East side of the Strand. And no lift down to underground - have to walk up ramp. But great location!

I could not find the parking as the map shown ended up in the main road and not to the parking. I had to go around couple of time and it was just a waste of time. I lost my money by choosing the parking and never able to park.
