Parking on Modbury Gardens, NW5

Quite narrow parking but very convenient.

Easy clear instructions when booking and for finding the space.

Very handy for visits to Camden.

Being unfamiliar with the area, the provision of directions and a map removed the worry of finding my designated parking space. This afforded me the luxury of safe worry free effortless parking , which enable me to immerse myself in my day out at the Round House.

Brilliant parking space on a drive infront of someone's apartment. Owner is really friendly and helpful. Road is quite narrow getting up to the drive, I personally would reverse up it to be able to drive forwards on the way out

Parking location was fantastic. Previous reviews informing you to reverse down the road were greatly appreciated, top tip. The steel girders laying ingredients each side made it a little difficult to get out of the car so unload your passengers before you reverse in. Apart from that, top notch.

The drive way was up a narrow road was necessary to drive car half way on the path to avoid parked vehicles. The space to turn vehicle around was tiny (some cars may of had to reverse out the 10 meters half way on the path). The drive is in need of repair , only safe to get out one side of the car. However the location and safety of the vehicle was both. 10/10. Would park there again though for price and convenience.

It was a little tricky ensuring the vehicle was not going to fall into the basement void! The paving slabs forming the space are rickety and flip about as one is reversing onto the space and the passengers have to be very careful getting into or out of the vehicle. The block of flats that the space belongs to looks derelict and deserted. However the street is nice with lots of smart vehicles, so I felt my car was relatively safe in this area. We needed to mount and drive along the kerb in order to reach the space at the end of the cul de sac. All in all I do not think I would use this space again and the cost of it was excessive considering the quality of the actual parking space.

Space is a good size, easily fit my LWB van. The road up to the space is very tight (not helped by a large bicycle parked on the pavement). There's no space to turn around at the end of the road so I reversed up as I was leaving when it was dark. There was an Audi parked in the street with a smashed rear windscreen, so not the safest area but then where is in London these days? Very happy with the space, a 5 min walk to the Roundhouse, would happily park here again
