Overall parking experience was ok with plenty of spaces. However, access to leave the car park on foot was somewhat problematic as my daughter is a wheelchair user. We required a cleaner with a key card to access the lift into the hotel and the same on return had to get reception staff to give us access to the lift. Lastly had to wait 5-10 mins for someone on the intercom to open the shutters to allow us to leave. Wouldn’t use again.
