I received no code to enter the parking and spent a Long time trying to get help. I was eventually let in by a passer by. No space was available when I arrived. When I came to leave the code I received after entering did not work

when we arrived the code for the just park pad didn't work, but I rang the one underneath and someone came straight away to let us in. Although there wasn't an allocated space to park as they were all taken...there was enough space to leave the car. The man who let us in was very helpful and although on their website it says it closes at 10pm I was reassured that we could come at the time slot I had booked for which was 11 pm. Because the crowds leaving our venue it was also easy enough to extend our parking space free of charge in case we arrived late. I panicked a bit as everything seemed closed but when I rang the bell on the keypad the man came out more or less straight away to let us in and guide us out. I would definitely park here again. Very safe...off road and gated. Very helpful onsite people. many thanks.

Wij hebben Justpark gebruikt voor parkeerplaats Londen dichtbij ons hotel, dat was helemaal prima.
Ook tijdens onze rondreis in zuid-engeland meerdere keren de app gebruikt bij plaatsen die we hebben bezocht. De app werkt heel gemakkelijk met een code die gekoppeld is aan elke afzonderlijke parkeerplaats.

It said it was fully available, there was just about enough space for us to park so if we came 10 minutes later there wouldn’t have been any spaces. Also no path to walk on just stones.

I’m very happy with the parking lot. right next to the Genesis cinema where I needed to be. there were plenty of spaces available during my visit. there are signs and descriptions everywhere. I easily found my way in and out for my first visit. I would happily use the parking lot again.
