Unclear Parking Instructions – Beware of Potential Fines I booked a parking space on Mile End Road through JustPark for one evening. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I believe the access instructions need to be made much clearer. To access the parking space, you must first stop your car, retrieve the key fob from a locker, and use it to open the gate. When leaving, you must follow the same procedure in reverse: open and secure the gate, return the key fob to the locker, and lock it properly. The problem is that there appears to be no practical alternative to temporarily stopping in the area while carrying out these essential steps. Unfortunately, this meant stopping across an area where the pavement and cycle lane are located. As a result, I received an £80 penalty charge from Transport for London. I understand the importance of traffic regulations, but I believe JustPark should clearly warn customers about the risk of receiving a penalty when accessing or leaving this parking space. Customers should be informed in advance if the process of collecting or returning the key fob could expose them to a fine. It is unreasonable for customers to book and pay for a parking space without being made aware of such a significant risk, particularly when the access arrangements appear to require them to stop in that location. My advice to anyone considering booking this space is to be very careful and check the access arrangements and restrictions before booking. JustPark should review this listing, provide clearer instructions and ensure customers are fully informed of any potential penalties associated with accessing the parking facility. I hope JustPark takes this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.

Very secured place, easy to find. Well instructed. 4th time parked here, no issues at all.

Please read if you are planning to park here: The parking space itself is a good size and in a gated area, however it is very tricky to get in and out of. The lockbox with the fob inside it is on the left gate however the fob only opens the right gate. Between the road and the gate is a bike lane so you must be careful when entering, there is no mention of it. You will have to park up just before getting in which is usually fine but the fact that we aren't told that the left gate doesn't open means that you may park up in the wrong place and have to back up onto the main road and go to the other gate. There are also multiple lock boxes on the gates, this makes it very confusing and adds to the frustration. A good parking place and right in front of Stepney Green station but it made me feel like solving a complicated puzzle just to get in. The space itself is located at the other gate you've entered from but it does not open so you must reverse or do a 50 point turn to turn your car around in a tight space to go back through the gate you entered from. The owner of the space really should do more to guide the users to the space.

Easy to find just opposite travelodge hotel. I have issue not finding fob but space owner is great,very friendly and helpful. He called me and help to find the fob and back again show me how to open gate. Space owner cane late night and asking me if if need any help when go out e it. He offer me that he is available until 12:30 midnight. Honestly very secured and cctv monitored place. If I need parking same area then my first choice is said place. Thanks space owner.

Fob wouldn't let me out of that gate, I had to do a tricky manoeuvre to turn around and leave via the other gate

When I went to leave the fob was not working. Owner would not answer calls or text. Just Park said they could not help because the owner wouldn't answer. Car was stuck in the car park and me in the street. After hours had to approach strangers from the building to see if they could help. Just Park has not checked on me despite the fact that I could still be stuck there as a disabled female and the owner has not replied almost 24 hours later.
