I couldn't use the space as there was a car parked across the space. The owners mobile was switched off. I would like a full refund for the space not used.

I arrived and a car was already on the drive. I knocked on the address and the owner said he had not advertised a space, someone else had set it up without his knowledge and he was not being paid for it. Fortunately the owner was going out anyway, this was very lucky or I would have had nowhere to park. This listing needs to be removed
