The space is 2.9 by 6.0 meter-long (or 9.3 by 20 feet), so it is convenient to park small to medium cars but large vehicles will have to manoeuvre and leave access to the front door of the house.

* You may have to push the 2 wheelie bins to the side; sometimes the collectors from the council leave them in the middle of the drive.
* It's a one-way street. The postcode is E12 6AP.

This space is very small ...just about adequate for a small car like a Mini Cooper Definitely not for a bigger car
On the day there was a bigger car in the driveway of the neighbour which reduced the manouverable & available space.

Easy to access, fairly safe and very conveniently located (within walking distance of the underground and other bus services) spot. Reasonably priced as well. Will definitely consider parking here again.
