Arrived to the space being filled with 8 wheelie bins. I called the owner and he just said it happens and just to move them myself. No apology or offer to come help move them. I then had to come back to the space between, to drop things to the car to find that over night someone(s) had put the 6 remaining wheelie bins around my car, right up against it, blocking all the doors, surrounding it. I felt very uncomfortable leaving the car there and it was a very unpleasant experience. Whilst the space was really well located, I would rather pay extra to park someone I feel safe.
