It was a fake booking. The owner of space was not picking calls on that day and cars were parked in the 2 spaces pre-booked.

The parking spot was for No4 was already taken a car was parked in there. I knocked on the door to ask why when I had already paid to park and the person in the house told me he is only renting. The landlord rents the space and he was nowhere to be seen. Very disappointing :-(

The car parking space was as detailed on the information. Easy to find and access.
Slight issue, the bay numbers have faded significantly, so not easy to find the designated bay. I asked a neighbour who was going out, very helpful.
