The space is secure, a good size and well situated. However upon arrival the owner had one of their vehicles in the space and we could not get hold of them. This added a lot of stress as we were there for a hospital visit. We were on the phone to customer services at Just Park when the owner called back half hour later to say they were heading back and to park up the road temporarily and they would reimburse us for the additional cost of the meter charge. They said we must have booked it that morning as they didn't know about the booking even though it had been booked the morning of the day before. We didn't see the owner at all and there was no attempt to reimburse us for the additional £5 for parking up the road for an hour. Thankfully Just Park reimbursed us for a full day which covered the cost. The parking space is great but I would recommend contacting the space owner before you arrive to ensure they are aware of the booking. We would use it again if we are visiting Kings College Hospital for sure and the low rating is just due to the hassle and stress this caused when we thought everything was arranged.

Very convenient and a safe space, the owners of the house were polite and friendly when I saw them. I was able to close the driveway gate when my car wasn't in use. Overall a very good experience as it was just a 5 min walk around the corner from my family's home
