There was confusion when I got there. The intercom never answered. There were quite a few guards but none seem to have a clue. Then finally one of the "senior" looking guards came asking me if I had really booked for today and wanted to see my booking. Then manually ushered me in. There were just two parking spaces for just park and one of them was barely able to fit my compact suv due to a pillar. But on the plus side, the car park felt safe. On my way back, the guards had all left but the person at the intercom opened the gates for me.

It's tricky to get in. Theres a box junction which means you have to hover around the area before it which blocked access for a wheelchair there. When I contacted the attendant via the intercom (as instructed by just park and written in the barrier) the voice told me that I can't get in without a PIN code, which I didn't possess. He told me he can't see just park reservations. Only a pin code will work. I then had to phone just park which thankfully, were there and told me a PIN code over the phone. The process was not a quick, nor stress free one. Needs to be fixed

Security staff were not that great on arrival - had to buzz a few times to gain access. But once in, security was good and I felt happy to leave my car for the two days I was in town.
