10 Lower Thames Street Car Park

We booked the car park in good faith - 10 Lower Thames St - for £36.95, in advance of an important trip on The Thames, and our money was completely wasted by the fact that despite several attempts, we couldn’t locate it. As we didn’t want to miss the boat party we’d booked, we parked at the car and coach park which was plenty near enough as well as being about half the price. We only booked 10 Lower Thames St car park because we wanted to book in advance to make sure we got a space. We got to a dark coloured building with the number 10 on it, in Lower Thames St only to find, when we went down the adjoining ramp, there was no way in, so we turned round and came out. A difficult and stressful thing to do in Central London. Not at all clear where the car park was, stress increasing as we didn’t want to sacrifice the boat trip for a car park. We set up the sat nav and went back and forth in the area trying to find it!

The staff were helpful, but the space was incredible tight and small. I was unable to use the parking spot and paid for a new parking spot without any prior notice. I am still waiting for a refund from JustPark.

booking was straightforward, location was not hard to find but due to the nature of the location you can easily doubt if you're in the correct place when you press the buzzer. the security through the intercom was very friendly and easy to talk to. very secure parking. great value considering it's in the middle of London

So easy to park very close to our destination.

Easy to find, easy to use, perfect

Everything worked as it should. Gates opened on command each time as requested. Only 7 mins walk to where we were going. So excellent and easy to find.

I booked the car park for the 25th April to the 26th April, to exit at 16:00hrs. I then went back to my car after running the London Marathon, and then found out that we could not leave until 21:00hts, due to road closure directly outside the entry /exit! This car park space should never of been booked out to me in the first place.

The parking space was very small if my car was any longer I would not have been unable to get in and out of the car park. Make sure you’re a confident driver. Otherwise very easy and good service

Just to inform people this is in some kind of migration building. It isn't stated anywhere but in the car park there was at least 10 migration vans. Also for any ladies wearing high heels this wouldn't be a good spot as there is no lift nor stairs you have to walk up the ramp you drive down to get in and out.
