Wembley Central Car Park

Easy access, good location for Wembley Stadium, quick exit.

It was really easy to find and to use, we were concerned there wouldn't be any spaces as it was very full but we did manage to grab one. I'm not sure how this is managed to ensure you get one if you've pre-booked so I would be concerned about this, it felt like we just got lucky. It is very tight driving around, spaces themselves are spacious enough but very low ceilings, tight areas and corners and turning spaces. The main negative thing for me was that there was no indication anywhere that it was for justpark users, so we just had to trust that it was the right place due to directions and same name, but there were no instructions or reassurance that all we needed to do was drive in, park, and leave again which left me very unnerved that we'd parking in the wrong place! Some JustPark signage would have helped reassure me we were in the right place and wouldn't be charged again on exit! Another point was that it did appear to be cheaper to pay on the day at the car park, but then you run the risk of not getting a space I suppose (but see earlier point of this potentially not being managed!). Stewards on exit were very helpful showing us out, but there was no one around at all when we arrived, which would have been nice to have checked we were in the right place (it also looks nothing like the pictures - is a tight multistorey that involves driving up a long curved ramp on arrival). Now that I know I was in the right place and it all worked out ok - I probably would use again, as it was a really easy walk to Wembley stadium for our event, with plenty of facilities nearby and did feel secure.

There's is the potential that there will be no spaces available when you go to park as there is nothing stopping people coming in and filling all the spaces. However, we'll located for Wembley.

Only worry was that it was a multi-storey and there wasn't any saved spaces but we managed to find one on the last level!

Overall this was a pretty good experience, however, the signage in the car park is terrible for the pedestrians who have just parked their cars. Without guidance we walked down the stairs and out through the car exit, we should have gone up and found the lift but there were no signs for this. As a first time user it was a bit disconcerting to receive a message saying 'only 10 minutes to extend your stay', when in reality we had left 2 hours earlier. It would be very reassuring if upon entry to the car park you got a message saying 'Welcome' or something similar to acknowldge your arrival and similarly on exit something like 'Goodbye'. At least then the uninitiated would know that their stay had been acknowledged.
