On the day of your flight, take a ticket at the barrier, find a space and park. Keep your keys and make sure to keep your ticket safe as you'll need it when you leave.
From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the terminal.
When you get back, pick up your car, put your ticket in the machine at the barrier and you're on your way home.
If you have any problems at the barrier or it tries to charge you again, simply press for assistance and the car park team will help you.

Managed to get three parking tickets even though I was in a car park surrounded by Justpark logos.. When enquiring as to how this had happened we were told our sat nav took us to the wrong place!! Still no idea as to how we were supposed to have got it wrong. No explanation, never use again!!

Wasn’t an easy location to identify parking as the instructions took us around the back of the building where there was no indication where the Aviation Building was. Asked taxi drivers who had no idea. Called number provided and initially no answer as out of hours, when called again was put on hold and in the end just parked up and hoped it was the correct place. Got a call back 15 mins after ending the call on hold and was confirmed we were in the right place. Therefore not the easiest of starts to our holiday

It was seamlessly easy to park at London City Airport. To park and to find our car upon return.
What i'd change is the map or directions to get there. Most people now use Waze to avoid hideous traffic..but your system assumes everything is open and there's no traffic. Could do better. Otherwise would recommend and we are happy.
