Very dirty

The car park stair wells were full of homeless peoples belongings, the sheer amount of belongings there was, was a clear sign that people had been or are currently living in the stairwells of the car park. This did not make us feel safe parking to use the leisure centre with our 4 month baby. On top of this, neither myself nor my partner could access any phone signal inside the car park, meaning we had to pay for our parking upon exit of the car park via the Just Park app, which has now resulted in a £100 fine from Gemini Parking, despite having paid for an extra hour of parking time upon exit of the car park. I am now in the process of challenging the fine with Gemini parking and will ensure they do not receive a penny of our money for their awful car park services.

This car park is very run down. There is rubbish everywhere and lights are broken. The auto door needed to be pushed. It’s honestly quite bad. I don’t often review stuff like this but I had to say something. I walked instead of driving the next time we visited the pool.

The garage is extremely dirty and the stairs feel dangerous

Super dirty. Homeless people living in the place and using corners as toilets.

What a mess

I got parking ticket after paying from Just park. Your app is not good and customer service is pathetic. Instead of listening to me, customer service person assumed me at fault. I was really disappointed. The app took wrong number from old booking even when I typed new number but instead of looking at your app correcting it, I was blamed. I will take this to social media and inform wider audience.
