You have robbed me!!! I will take you to court!!! The space I booked was not available upon arrival and you refuse to refund me. You advertised a space and I paid. Plain and simple. That is your business model. You advertise spaces and I pay to have a space. Now you say you will not refund when I could not gain access to the space. I will bloody take you to court and blacken your name on Trustpilot and my YT channel. You are a bloody awful business.

Some one else was parked in the space so had to find alternative space. Was unable to get through using the phone number to resolve the issue as instructed by the just park help, with no other contact available. No help provided from JustPark, and now wasting time claiming refund, instead of refunding me they have fined me for parking the wrong car . This is clearly a SCAM!
