I've parked in this space twice now as it is near to my daughter's uni accommodation. The homeowner messaged me the first time I used it sending me a photo of the exact parking space & on the 2nd occasion I had a slight issue which she dealt with immediately. I was able to contact her immediately on the phone & she answered straight away. I would highly recommend
