Parking on Lime Grove, W12

Easy booking with lots of spaces in the desired area. Good communication regarding location and parking. Excellent will use again.

On my way back to the car I was physically attacked by a woman on the street who hit me over the head whilst trying to get into my car and then took a key and scraped all down the side of the door.

Very good parking space. Very helpful having a phone in case you had a problem. We encountered no issues. Would happily use again.

The cars either side of the space were on the lines and were big vehicles. which made it impossible to park. The number given to call went to answerphone...I tried a few times. I then called the helpline. The woman offered me another space in the same car park, which was also too small, due to cars parked on one side. She the offered me another space in Lime Grove. She said she would email me the details. Upon arriving at 32 Lime Grove, I checked my email, only to find the details for the second space offered...which I turned down. So I called again, only to find out my original booking and the second offering had been cancel, and no sign of the Lime Grove booking. She could then, not find me a space! I was due at a concert and time was running out. In the end, I hung up and found myself a space, 15 minutes walk from the venue. I then had to catch a cab, as I was late, costing me £6.00. The whole experience has led me to delete your app and not use your company again. Total incompetence at the highest degree.. complete shambles!

What a great system, first time I've used it and will certainly do it again in the future. So easy to book and easy to follow.
