Carpark was easy to find however it was full when I arrived. There was some turn over of spaces so I got a space after 35 mins. I called customer services in the interim but there were no local alternative options. Some of the spaces are really tight and would only suit a small car. I got a space that was ok but the entire time I was waiting for a space another car was trying to get out of a space. It felt like a secure car park. The only unease would be getting your car scraped in one of the tighter spaces.

No mention that at this site on the day I parked there was a conference at the hotel so it was extremely busy and there is currently building works taking place with limited parking spaces. When I arrived there were NO spaces at all and cars randomly parked all over the place. I had to park across the back of other cars on a hashed zone and hope for the best.

I paid in advance for a parking garage that had no entry fees! It was packed and nearly impossible to park and get out. Never again

Well, the process worked and I did get a parking space, but it was the tightest squeeze to fit a car into any of the available spaces. The app did not make it clear that I was booking a space in a basement car park under a hotel and that it had presumably been built when everyone drove Minis......
If I'd known, I could have looked for another option - but I'd already booked on the app and paid for the day - so I was committed.....
