I've booked this place around 4 times in under 6 months
N I had such issues with people parked in my pre-booked spot. It's happened 3 out of my 5 bookings here
Being offered a refund only is unacceptable
The hassle I have had to go through has been incomprehensible
I'll never book this parking spot again
