After booking the space from 4pm when we arrived at 4 40pm to park there was another car parked on the space.We had to initially pulled into your neighbours driveway until the occupants got into this car which was on your driway to move out
Has someone overstayed their allocated time?
If we arrived at 4pm and not at 440pm imaging what our situation would have been?

There was no space rung, texted and WhatsApp opener no apology just will refund. No refund received. Told not to knock on door as owner nothing to do with parking seems dodgy
