Space description
Please read before parking:
- This space is suitable only for small cars.
- Important: Please do not block or encroach on the entrance to the basement flat.
The driveway is part of a shared private entrance, so it’s essential that pedestrian and wheelchair access remains clear at all times.
Thank you for parking considerately.
Parking Number 81 (White building). There is not dropped kerb but still good to be used and I haven’t received any complaints in the past.

How our drivers felt about this space
Convenient parking spot located near Goldsmiths and accessible public transport. Generally safe with easy access, but may suit smaller vehicles better due to size constraints and uneven surfaces.

All great. Second time using this space. It's perfect for Goldsmiths and Surrey House.

Perfect for Goldsmiths, especially Surrey House accommodation. Space was easy to find and fine for our mid-size car. Will use again

So easy. All as described in reviews. Perfect for our small car.

I wouldn't park here again or recommend it to others for the following reasons:
- It's hard to identify the correct house number without slowing down, which doesn't really work on a busy one-way road. I ended up having to go around which added 5+ mins to my driving time given the one-way system.
- There is no dropped kerb and the surface of the space itself was extremely harsh and uneven, basically a pile of rubble - definitely not good for my tyres!
- The space is very small lengthways - my small car only just fit, a longer vehicle would struggle.

I drove 5 hours to find a works van the size of a VolKswagen camper parked diagonally across the parking space I have booked and paid for. I asked the gentleman who was at the back of the van if he could move his van as I have booked and paid for the parking. His reply was ' I have had permission to park here from a lady in one of the flats I am doing work for'. I replied to him I had booked and paid for the parking, he replied I will be here for another 10 minutes or so, not bothered that I had paid for the space he was parked on. I had traffic behind me and had to move on as I was on the main road. On looking at the parking space itself, the kerb was too high for my car, the parking was uneven with bumps and the space was way too small. I will not attempt to park here again, this space is poorly managed. I ended up parking in Sainsbury for £5.00 which was only a few minutes walk up the road.

Found the parking space well, no drop curb but knew about that. Not big enough to car size advertised due to rubbish and debris being left around the edges. Parked on a diagonal but of this and got complaints from residents due to access. Felt uncomfortable parking here.

Good space - easy to find - drop curb not a problem - can manoeuvre in via dropped curve next door

Easy to get in, road wasnt too busy at the time though. Felt safe!

Second time I've used this space. Very handy for a visit to Goldsmiths, and a short walk from two main line railway stations.
