Thought it was alot closer to the 02 could have paid alot less just parking at the o2 instead of having to get 2 ubers there and back from the location to park.. would have been over £30 cheeper

The car park is a very tight squeeze, felt like I was gonna damage my car with every turn but it's cheap and a good price. The spaces were fine just very tight when driving around to get a space

Relatively quick and easy. However I had to cancel. Pleased that the process was also quick and straight forward but not happy that the refund has been retained in my ‘wallet’. I shall try to expedite a refund back to my credit card but so far that has proved difficult. Made more difficult because I can’t actually talk to any one. Hopefully I will be able to resolve this problem. Tim Bucktin

MisLeading Parking Location - Please Remove from near the 02 coz you’re far l had to take Ubers to and from the Car Park to get to the intercontinental hotel near the 02 don’t mislead people as this is misleading and wrong - l ended up being late to my event thanks to your advert popping as near the 02 l actually need a refund for my Uber fares due to that - not that l need it but it’s the inconvenience that all this caused

Good value, easy instructions. & nice to find a human in the kiosk! signage for getting out could been clearer

The car park was miles away from where I needed to be, and there was no parking attendant so I had to pay again to get out

Despite pre-booking via the website and it being fairly simple, my friend and I were charged double on departing from the carpark which was before the expired time. The cost was an additional £12 on exit and the pre-booking cost was £5.99. On this basis, we should be entitled to a refund of the £12.

Everything was perfect, just thought having to check in or notify the front desk about your booking when you’ve already paid is unnecessary

Tight multi-storey car park with narrow turns and ramps. Car parking spaces were adequately sizes. Staff member was available in office at arrival. I had to call for assistance when leaving as the barrier did not open automatically.
