Good location for the O2. We found it easiest to walk to Canary Wharf underground, about 10 mins away. Then 1 stop to Greenwich O2. It did try to charge me £16 when we departed, but we had spoken to the car park attendant prior, who raised the barrier for us. Would def use this parking again.

I was on time to collect the car but the time I went to the car and drove to barrier I had to pay for additional 4 minutes £4. Not great service than

Despite paying in advance for car parking I was still charged £16 by the car park who had no knowledge that I had already paid and reserved a space with Just Park.

Great space , easy to find. Customer service & communication prior to parking was spot on !! Highly recommend Just Park !

Super easy to book and close to the o2 , car park is right however so wouldn’t advise a large car.

We searched for parking so we could walk to the O2. This car park comes up. It stated a 12 minute walk, when actually you get there and Map it on your phone to finally work out the walk is about 1.5hrs!!! We had to get an uber in the end from the car park and back again! Then when we came to exit the barrier it asked us to pay £16!!! We had pre-paid online. We went over to the customer service booth and spoke to the lady who made a note of our registration plate and let us out. I would be very wary about this as its extremely misleading!

I paid on the app prior to arrival and then paid again when leaving the car park ?? £18.23 before £16.25 when leaving Is this right ?!
