I don't feel like your parking spot is reserved. When we got there, everything was full, but a disabled bay. We were lucky enough to find a super kind lady at the reception. She came down and moved the cone from the disabled bay. Everything else was perfect.

Parking spaces are tight. The drop arm is not working correctly, and the staff is inattentive. I got stuck on the way out and intercoms seem to go nowhere.
