When I arrived at the parking space, someone had parked there already. There was no one to speak to to assist me in parking. I had to find alternative parking for a higher cost. I wait a refund for the original parking which is very difficult to get.

Instructions are incorrect - the entrance to the spaces is NOT on lambs passage as stated in the description. This is very confusing as the next sentence is correct stating that the 2 bays are on lambs buildings - which is correct. I called Just park and had to park in the yard at the back. It is only the next day, when I left, I drove out via lambs buildings and saw the actual spaces. I called Just Park at the time and they also did not make this clear to me. Not a great parking experience
