I booked Sainsbury's car park in Ladbroke Grove. On arrival I discovered that the car park has a 3 hour limit. I made enquiries at customer services, showing my Just Park booking and was informed that Sainsbrury's did not know anything about that and would enforce the three hour limit. I had to then find alternative parking.
