Not used to driving in London so for us it was difficult to find.

When I got there, there was no space for my car even though I reserved one.

Parking was prepaid online, when arrived to the location was no spaces, but security officer offered solution to use car wash service located on the same permised and then I was allowed to leave the car, extra £30 speny in cash. Very dissapointing experience. Just park should not be selling if spaces are not available!

Everything was perfect, the location is close to the central of London, you can park and then go enjoy walking throughout the city.
But the only issue is that there are a limit number of car parks there. I think something about 75 only.

I don't recommend using this website. The information was misleading, I wanted to extend my stay through the app but wasn't working. Customer service was closed at 8pm so I was unable to contact them either.
On their websites it stated that parking has to be pre booked, however this was not true at all. Very disappointed with the service, ai had to pay extra money for this parking.

Tigth for larger SUV-s, experienced SUV drivers only. Convenient access to surface and back. There is staff onsite as well to look after you. Booked via app, still if there are no spaces when you turn up you got to leave and go after your refund. Very limited number of parking spaces. Overall is still good parking for the price.
