Having read the terrible reviews ( after booking ) snd being v nervous about not getting a space on what was going to be a very busy day I did a recce the day before and was amazed to find it’s not really a proper carpark. Just some spaces ( about 6 ) and no one in the office . The following day we did get a space at 7.45 am and left at midday. Still no one to validate the ticket ( we paid online ahead ) very grotty underground area with a car wash and a feeling that it was all a bit dodgy

Not good experience I had there went there location was easy to find there was no one to help later found a guy sitting there in office asked him to help he did find a place for me but i feel rud eof him saying if you dont find any space take full refund and go somewhere

very tight parking space esp if you have a 4 x4 and mine wasnt even that big of a 4x4!!! this was by far one of the worst car parks ive ever been to!!! the people in car wash company looked really dodgy they were smoking n gave a very creepy, i wudnt park here again

When I arrived at my pre-booked car park, there were no places available. I was unable to contact Just Park so had to make alternative arrangements. So far I have had no reply to my emailed compliant asking for a refund. Don't use this company just a rip off!

Booked ahead online. Care CarPark’s entrance was a bit tricky to find but all worked well. Take a ticket even if you are prepaid/prebooked. Parking bays are quite small but okay as other cars were parked sensibly. Gave my ticket and booking code to the attendant at the exit and there were no issue.

THE MAN AT THE CAR PARK SAID THERE WERE NO SPACES SO I COULD NOT PARK. BEWARE THERE ARE ABOUT 8 SPACES HERE. YOU WILL NOT GET A SPACE.

Car park showed hand written sign " Full" on arrival although i prebooked & arrived on time Attendant manager said " i need to read small print & saud just park booking was not a firm reservation - they do not hold spaces - as i had a disabled passenger & no option for an appointment nearby this was a dreadful situation . Then a space came up & i was allowed to park. I cancelled my next week booking as this is not acceptable or possible
