I paid £40 in advance to reserve a space at the Marriott Swiss Cottage. When I arrived there were no spaces available, and I was told by the receptionist it was ‘first come, first served’ and offered a refund. Therefore, a reservation didn’t mean anything. Fortunately, while we were talking someone left so I got their spot,

All really positive, the car park was exactly as described, simple to book for the time we needed, and good value. I suppose part of me is waiting for the ticket from the car park owner because I am a pessimist, but assuming it doesn’t come then Just Park is a superb discovery which I shall be using regularly
