Ideal for the Excel! Just across the water from it. Be wary, Lots of stairs to cross the water to the Excel with no lift access :) Will use again

Great space very close to London Excel, just 5 minutes walk, although bear in mind that you have to go up a lot of steps to access the footbridge over the docks to Excel. Owner was super friendly and helpful.
