We have two excellent, safe, off road spaces within a private parking area. A 3 minute walk to Clapham South station or 5 minutes to Abbeville Village.
As per the photos below, one space is on the right hand side when you enter Joseph Powell Close. This space is our driveway in front of the house, our door has the number 8 on it to ensure you are in the right spot. This space is large and can be used if you have a van, minibus etc.
The other space is on the left hand side in the parking spaces with numbers on the ground. The space is marked with a number 8 and can also be used for large vehicles.

The parking bays width was reduced by another vehicle encroaching beyond the white line. It was easy to park the car, but extremely difficult to get out of the vehicle once parked.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the number ‘8’ needs to be repainted as I couldn’t read it and I had to get out of the car to see it!

I parked in the space in front of the property. This space was very easy to find and felt a very safe place to leave my car. Only a very short walk to the nearest tube station. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when I need to go in to the city.
