We have an excellent, safe, off road space within a private parking area. A 3 minute walk to Clapham South station or 5 minutes to Abbeville Village.
As per the photo below, one space is on the right hand side when you enter Joseph Powell Close. This space is our driveway in front of the house, our door has the number 8 on it to ensure you are in the right spot. This space is large and can be used if you have a van, minibus etc. (Please do not park in the visitor bays)

Space was a tight fit, as wheelie bins were lined up next to the entrance, but managed to get my small car in without difficulty. Location was excellent.

The parking bays width was reduced by another vehicle encroaching beyond the white line. It was easy to park the car, but extremely difficult to get out of the vehicle once parked.
