We went to the Isle of Wight Festival over the weekend. Unfortunately, we missed the ferry and so tried to get in touch with Just Park and it's ridiculous that you do not provide an emergency contact number.
All it said was refer the app!!!
We therefore, had to find alternative parking over the weekend, which was inconvenient and obviously, further expense.
