Same as others reviews, couldn't get the barrier to lift but press the intercom and security guard lifted the barrier remotely no issue. space's are reasonably tight but look around,some are better than others,we found a pretty decent one

Just about fits a Range Rover Vogue but felt safe and secure leaving the vehicle. Minor difficulty on exit to raise barrier due to poor mobile reception underground but host operator was understanding and released the barrier.

Easy to use, simply and clear instructions, awesome

Was able to book and pay in February for a weekend space for the following November. I have done this before at the Sabra car park, Kensington. Usually I have no issues. This time however the entry barrier was missing so I just drove in and parked on the Saturday as my Reg should already be logged in the system. On Sunday there is no WiFi or phone signal anywhere near the exit barrier (underground) so I could not get out. The attendant had disappeared and there was no response on the intercom. About 15 minutes later the attendant returned but did not recognise my booking or reference numbers. In total it took about 30 minutes to leave. I have used this car park 3 times before with no issue but I shall try a different one next year.

Booking was easy, the location was easy to find and there was a lot of space available

I wish we hadn't pre-booked. We needed to extend our stay and it was impossible to do this. Even though the customer service told us we could do it on the app it was not possible to do. Tried for ages! Also when we got to the barrier at 11:28pm, there was no signal on my phone to get on the app to press 'Open barrier' so we ould have gone over our time to pay a huge fee. We were very lucky to see someone who was able to open the barrier for us. So we will never pre book again as the stress was too much.

Parking space was a bit hard to find and getting out was a bit of a problem as there is no signal on the phone. Thank God for the security who told me that someone was at the desk as he was not visible

The car park was easy to find and secure. However, be careful on your timings. We almost went over our allocated time by 5 minutes and no reasonable allowance for minor overrun which would have cost another £20+ for another 2 hours which is unreasonable given the 24 hour booking cost £30. Apart from that would use again.

The barrier opening from the app worked fine. I came back to my car around 20:15, and there were two attendants in the car park in high vis. My worry was that there wouldn't be anyone around if I had issues with the app but it seemed fine
