parked through JustPark. The barrier didn't open via the app, so I had to seek help from the attendant

We could park very easily in London

All good except barrier didn't work well entering and leaving

Barrier didn't open when we arrived anx had to call for help. On exit had to call desk again and explain already paid in advance

Always have trouble getting out! End up having to park at the barrier causing a queue and an attendant. This is the 4th time I've used the car park

No Phone signal on entry means it's a challenge to remote open the barrier

Easy online booking, clear instructions and access arrangements via app BUT the car park was named by Just Park as "High Street Kensington Car Park - 2 Phillimore Walk". When we reached Kensington, the only car park visible was "Hornton Street Car Park" and we had to take several turns around the one-way system before deciding that it must be one and the same car park. Please check that Just Park locations match the designated name used by the car park owners, in this case, SABA.

The spaces were on the small side but we found one and left the car. The issue was in trying to leave the car park. the button on the app didn't work and the attendant was the rudest man I have dealt with in years! Although he was in an office next to the barrier he demanded we leave the car and bring the ticket and booking details to him. Not someone who should be dealing with the public anff makes me question using this app (I wouldn't Park there again) again. I'm just glad I wasn't on my own!
