Booked and paid online. Went to exact address. Car park had different name to one on website causing confusion, worry that I'd be charged twice. This is exactly what happened - or at least they tried. Eventually I was let out but by then, my ticket had expired and now I'm worried that just park will chase me for money. Very bad experience.

Problem. when I got to the car park barrier and pressed the 'Open barrier' button on the App. I got an error message saying I was too far away from the car park location to open the barrier. I suspect this was because the GPS locator was comparing my actual location to the postcode address of the car park. according to my satnav the postcode was located about 300 yards up the road. Result: with no carpark staff anywhere to be found, I had to take a ticket to open the barrier and pay another £25 to park, on top of the £25 I had already paid to JustPark. Not good.
