Was not able to access the parking

The whole experience was easy and stress free. Plenty of information provided and step by step emails to ensure everything went smoothly. The parking was close to where we had planned to go.

The app says to press open barrier, this didnt work. I took a ticket as advised by the attendant (took nearly 5 minutes to respond). Leaving, I rang through on the tele com asking how to get out was made to walk to the ticket office, leaving my car at the barrier and i had paid to prove I'd paid with just park (at this point had no signal). Wasn't a smooth process.

The car park was good, but the barrier did not open when we pressed the button in the app upon arrival. We had to call the service employee of the carpark who thankfully was in his office. He checked the app and opened the gate and said we needed to come back before leaving to check out with him. Thankfully he was indeed there when we left, but still, we weten't happy because all of it took some time.

I booked my parking space online via the JustPark website. I didn’t realise that it should’ve been done in the app because when we arrived at the parking site, we couldn’t get in. Even after installing the app at the entrance the booking could not be linked to the app and so I could not raise the barrier. In the end the parking site found a way round the problem but it made the whole experience stressful. I don’t feel the need to have the app was made clear enough at the time of booking and why could it not be found in the app after I had installed it and logged in? Also when I did call the JustPark helpline (around 5pm on a Sat afternoon) there was no one available to help - just a couple of very fixed automated solutions to problems that didn’t help us.

Just Park don't allow you to change the start time and you have to buy an hour separately. Avoid using Just Park. Poor app, process to enter and exit not clear. Open barrier function does not work.

No signal so the Open Barrier does not work. Only option to to blare horn and hope the attendant opens the gate. Avoid this location. Spaces are far too small for modern cars.

While everything was paid for an there is a button to "open barrier" when you got there, the button didn't work. I then had to call a bell and not get an answer for a long time. Then the same on the way out. I had to leave my vehicle at the barrier for me to go to the office and get them to open the barrier for me. Just not good enough infortunately.
