Parking on Highgate Road, NW5

Space was unavailable and couldn’t get hold of the owner. Looked as if they were already parked in the space.

Do NOT park here. The layout is completely unmarked, and the provided photographs offer zero guidance on where you can actually station your car. Instead, the area is flooded with aggressive signage threatening a £100 private land charge. I immediately left and found a safe, free parking spot just around the corner (free after 12 noon). Save yourself the stress and the risk. I will them to demand my money back.

The paint lines marking the bays are very faded and hard to make out. This made things slightly harder when I got there and found a gas van parked half inside the space. Otherwise it was fine.

Unable to locate parking space despite postcode search, name search, no spaces located. Telephoned for assistance none given. Ruined our evening. Request refund…..

Disappointed- space was taken by another car and space owner did not answer phone.

Space was occupied when I arrived. Owner did not answer their phone. JustPark call centre closed.

Please do not park here - you will get a ticket. You need a permit to park in this space. The owner of the space does not respond to queries about this either

Easy to find but when arrived a car was parked in our spot. Called contact number multiple times, and call was cut after a few rings.

Be warned, this space is not "on Highgate Road" it is in on a private road off Chetwynd Road road and approx. 40m away from Highgate Road hidden behind a grassy bank, trees and bushes. I couldn't work out where is was and abandoned parking there and have submitted a refund request because you only see "Parking on Highgate Road" before booking and only see the full address when you get the booking confirmation email.
