I had pre-booked a space at Martha's Buildings in EC1. All of Just Park's 5 allotted spaces were occupied, despite my pre-booking, pre-payment and email confirmation from JP. I telephoned JP to inform them, and the helpful and polite call-handler apologised and offered me an alternative space at another location nearby (Haberdasher Place). Upon arrival at the new location, which was a row of private garages of which some were allocated to JP, all the JP garages were occupied, except one ....... which was physically locked. Another polite call-handler told me that my revised booking hadn't yet been processed by their "system" as it was so recent, so I should find my own alternative parking and inform JP who would refund my money. I will advise further in this forum as to whether I receive my refund.

Awful space and I don't recommend. The location is ok to find, however the 'spaces' are confusing to identify and also they are not safe looking. To top it all my space was not available and Just Park had to find me an alternative space which then cost more. And, another driver was in the same position as me as his space (which was prebooked) was also not available. Do look for alternatives to this parking.

It was unclear if i needed to enter padlock details for the garages. The garages are labelled with just park spaces, and some other cars were parked in the garage with the doors open, I thought I had to do the same but couldn't figure it out, was thinking about parking in front of the garage but that would have blocked Other people from getting through the car park. Please make a clearer instruction thanksz instead do parked in the regular bays which looked like they were for residents just opposite by the buildings

For the second time, I show up and there are cars parked in every available space. I tried calling their number, and like last time, I was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. Had to find alternative parking at short notice and nearly missed my appointment. Don't use this spot, the garage doesn't fit your car and there's usually evidence someone is sleeping rough in the garages. Not reliable, not spacious, not safe

The space was small. Could fit a hatchback. Tight space for vehicles larger than that. No problems other than that. It is not secured.

None of the parking was easy to find as the garages weren't labelled as the same time my friend was parking using the app with the same app and neither one of us was able to park in the garages as the space was too small for our cars. The area didn't seem safe to park my car either.

I challenge anyone to go to this site and have a look because the scale of the space on-site is in correct in the photos if you parked your car in front of one of the spaces someone would struggle to get past you on entering i was so disappointed and felt conned i left site and found somewhere suitable to park

An easy app to use, and the parking was easy to access and in a very central location in London. Thank you!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. The postcode provided for the parking space led to an incorrect location, and as a result, I was unable to find the reserved spot. This caused considerable inconvenience and forced me to purchase alternative parking from another provider at additional cost. I find this highly unsatisfactory and request that you investigate the matter. I would appreciate a refund for the original booking or an appropriate resolution, given the circumstances.

I turned up and the the garage door was locked, this meant I couldn't get into the parking space. I had to call customer services and they found me a new parking space nearby. I was late to my job, and I had to get Ubers as it was too far to walk with my equipment. I was not happy, I would not recommend.
