Easily the best experience I’ve had booking and using a parking space through this app. Sandra is an absolutely fantastic host and clearly takes a great deal of care in making sure everything runs smoothly.
What particularly impressed me was the time and attention she puts into properly allocating each parking space so that everyone can park comfortably and conveniently. Communication over WhatsApp was excellent – friendly, proactive, clear and incredibly helpful – and it was obvious that Sandra genuinely cares about making the experience as easy as possible for every driver.
The space itself is extremely convenient for Ealing Broadway, but it was Sandra’s organisation and exceptional level of service that really made this stand out from other spaces I’ve used. Everything was seamless from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book here again. Very highly recommended.
