Canada Water tube station is within 4 mins walking distance. Good transport link with Jubilee line and Overground rail. Moreover,it is outside congestion zone which very handy for anyone who is working either in Canary Wharf or City Centre.
In addition, you have a Home Tesco within 2 mins driving which could be beneficial if you need to do some grocery shopping before heading home.
