There was a vehicle already parked in the spot which meant I couldn't use it. Space owner did not answer my phone call. Quite a lot of last minute stress and trouble to find alternative parking.

No problem was what it was neant to be where it was meant to be.

Someone was parked in the bay so I had to find other parking

It is not big enough for a long wheelbase van, and would block the other parking spaces if left there.

Disappointing Experience with JustPark's Cancellation Policy I recently made a booking with JustPark by mistake. Realizing my error almost immediately, I contacted their customer service within 10 minutes to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would not be able to get a refund because it was "too late." I understand that companies need policies, but the lack of any grace period for accidental bookings is disappointing. I believe there should be some time allowed for users to cancel or rectify genuine mistakes. This experience has left me frustrated, and I would be hesitant to use JustPark again in the future.
