I booked this space in order to attend the Chelsea v Arsenal match on October 21. I corresponded with the space owner before the game, told him I would be arriving later than the booked arrival time and asked for any special instructions. He replied, saying no, everything was fine. On the day of the booking I arrived on Fulham Road, only to see that the area including the house in question was closed off to all traffic with nobody allowed in or out. I showed the police my booking but was refused entry. This space is totally unsuitable for anybody attending a football match. The owner should have warned me of the road closures. I would like my money back please. Dr Paul Brooker
