Space was occupied, but nearby alternative was offered. Not sure if I would have been covered by the extra insurance if I had needed to make a claim.... Without the insurance I'd have given five stars as comms were good.

Parking space was good however there was another car parked in both the space I had booked and the secondary space next to it that the host allows you to use if the first space is full. There was no answer when I messaged the host and called twice. After this they did call me back and the host let me park in a third spot as it was a previous customer who was overstaying their slot. Not great that this was allowed to happen but all worked out in the end.
