No issues, great parking spot near swiss cottage. I parked during the day so no code was needed.

We had trouble exiting on foot at the beginning of parking and a total nightmare when we came to actually leave by car - gates wouldn't work despite getting several emergency codes from you - office was shut so we had to sleep in car in cold until a resident with a key fob arrived at 2.30am to retrieve his car ( he said they had been broken a while ) and we were able to follow him out - 2 very scared women who had to pay extra parking charges of 10.50 on top of our parking so we wouldn't get a £100 fine - very tired after our 3 hour journey home that was delayed by 4.1/2 hours because your gates wouldn't work

The building works going on in the car park and adjoining building absolutely covered my car with dust and debris. I cleaned the car the day before and it's ridiculous how bad it was when I collected it. I have to pay for a full car wash.
I use this space quite regularly, but the owners need to make sure it's a safe and suitable place for cars to be left.

Listed as secure parking, with keypad access. - But lock is broken. The gate was tied to the posts with cable ties so left wide open day and night. Anyone can walk in. Right next to tube station so hundreds of pedestrians and anyone can walk in to the parking. Host should change listing until they fix.

Easy to follow the instructions, Quick access to Finchley Road close to Swiss Cottage Station.

Location not secure as gate wide open both on arrival and departure. Spaces very tight and several cars not parked well to allow them some 'extra' space, which impacted on the adjacent spaces.
Parking literally 30 seconds from Swiss cottage station, which was great.
Despite the negatives, I'd book here again.
NOTE. Be aware, the main road into Finchley is 20mph and has active speed cameras!
