Finchley Road Car Park

Nightmare to get in and out. None of the codes work, neither did the open barrier function. Got stuck inside for ages as the buzzer is on the outside and had to wait for a passenger by to press the buzzer for us. However location was good

Code did not work. Had to use the emergency code to get in with the car as had to make my appointment on time. Than had to be let back in by using the intercom and once again couldn't get out with the car as code didn't work and digital button in the App didn't work. Luckily someone just arrived and let me out.

Very safe parking site. The tube station entrance is right next to the place. Overall very good value for park & ride in London.

I keep getting parking fines, and I've paid for parking each time. Now they have put up the price to £25 per day ridiculous!!

Easy to find location, safe and quiet with good sized spaces. Pin didn’t work so used the emergency pin instead to get in and out and that worked very well. Would use again

Asking for a refund. On arrival the gates didn't open. The pin # didn't work and the Customer Service number was out of service, so I was left with no choice but to park elsewhere. Shame, as I have parked here before without problems, but I need this to be 100% reliable when parking in London in the evening.

Was difficult to open gate

The PIN provided did not work. The Open Barrier button did not work on the App. There was an intercom button but no-one answered. The emergency PIN worked as a last option. I ran into the car park to collect the car and drove out in a hurry before the gates closed in case I was stuck inside as I had used the one-time emergency PIN to get in. Don't need all that stress!
